20 Feb Sea Day

Woke up nearing Cancun
We were close enough to see the hotels/resorts on the shore

Breakfast on the balcony



We can see part of the bridge from our balcony

If we are at the rail of our balcony, we can see the skywalk. Hmm, so they could see us so we have to be decent when we hang over the rail!

Participated in a Slot Pull with our friends and others




Toni was one of the winners (a bag and a $50 coupon for the Spa) and Rob won a Princess Wine Stopper.

Part of the package included the juice bar.  Wasn't sure but we tried it.  Toni with more adventurous with the Cleanser (Apple, Pineapple, Celery, and Cucumber) and rob got the The Nutter (banana, peanut butter, and milks) which was like a milkshake.

Alfredo's is know for the best pizza on the high seas and we had that a lot last year on the cruise, so we tried the Pasta today.

The entertainment was a singer (Cousin of the Gatlin Brothers and former opening act/song writer for Kenny Rogers). He was very good but the fiddler was amazing.

But the Steeler fan didn't want to eat there.  So there was an Italian place next door and had one of the best Lasagna we ever had.  And then we got to the gate and was happy to see a glimpse of Home Flew near Nashville and then almost over Indian Head and Waldorf as we came into Baltimore. Embarkation Day

Galveston Texas February 18th Packed and ready to go The day has arrived On the way to the port First glimpse of the Regal Princess After sitting out in the 38 degree windchill for about 1/2 hour before we got inside. Then after metal detectors and passport checks, we got to wait until the final passengers got off the ship. After a 111 day cruise last year, we are at the Princess Elite level and got to wait in a special section with coffee, juices and pastries. Rob didn't wait to get some coffee! Walking to the ship Finally onboard   Our Room     Our Room Steward brought us some Champagne to celebrate our cruise.  Sea Day in the Gulf of Mexico Morning in the Gulf of Mexico When the Captain said we would be full speed ahead, he wasn't kidding.  This shows we were moving!! Balcony breakfast with Tracey and Andrew Egg drop challenge.  Sometimes they go wrong Second Duck find on the ship. When the Texas tax would be $3.50 for the $3 Rum that Toni bought just because she like the label, we decided to just add it to our afternoon Pina Coladas.  No tax on an empty!!!  One of our World Cruise friends, Assistant Cruise Director Kymee from South Africa The Voice of the Ocean finals Tonight we ate at Vines. Wines with charcuterie board, vegies and then truffles Suitcases out and saying good bye to our Steward, David.  He would be getting off in Galveston also and flying home to the Phillipines.
